If anything goes wrong -call Grandma!
I made roast for the first time by myself! Well...okay, so I may or may not have called my Grandma at least half a dozen times. But anyway. I'm not at all sure if it's going to turn out right. I'm scared it won't. ...But, how bad can it be? ...I'll let you know after we try it.
Oh, P.S. So my apartment always eats dinner together and I still have five dinners to make this semester. ...Does anyone have any ideas? There are two things I know how to make, enchiladas and funeral potatoes, and I think we need a change! ;)

Oh, you can't go wrong with roast in a crock pot! Easy AND delicious! I have a really REALLY good teriyaki chicken recipe for the crock pot.
1 c Teriyaki sauce
1 c sugar
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder (if you have a real onion chop it up and use it)
bring the sauce barely to a boil (basically to disolve the sugar, you can do it in the microwave if you dont have time to sit with it over the stove) Then dump it over your raw (they can even be FROZEN) chicken breasts in the crock pot. cook low for 6 hours, or hi for 3. (sometimes it's done before that if you check on it)
Then just make some rice to serve with it. (1 c rice, 2 c water, bring to boil then simmer for 20 min)
wala! easy DELICIOUS dinner. :)
I like chicken casserole. stir a box of unmade stuffing mix in with 1 can of soup and 1/2 a soup can of water. Put forzen chicken in the bottem of you pan and cover it with your stuffing soup. Top with cheese and cook until your chicken is done. It's pretty yummy! And WAY easy.
Taco salad, Taco soup, Tacos....ya know.. somethings with lots of cheese and stuff.
