For the past nine days I couldn't think of anything, anything at all to blog about....and I still don't know what I'm doing! There is absolutely nothing going on in my life worth blogging about.
....I have school, but that's really not exciting enough. Seminary; good, but still, not exciting....Erm, I guess I could say "Happy Presidents Day!" And then, like everyone else, I'd say something like "I am so glad to be out of school today!" ...but no. ...I have school. However, I don't have school on Wednesday because for some odd reason that's when my school is "celebrating" it. Yeah. Odd.
Hermm.....Well, there is one thing that I've been meaning to do, but I've been worried that it would be something a little too....oh, what's the right word: conceited, big-headed, cocky, narcistic....I don't know, but I think you get the idea. Anyway, I've been putting it off for said reasons, but I guess nows a good time....
I come up with these randomly through-out my day and I can never remember to write them down so, quite often, I forget the important ones.
Twelve Things I Love:
1. Having a full tank of gas.
2. When my car starts.
3. Learning something new.
4. Dove Chocolate
5. Writing.
6. When I pass under a bridge during a heavy rain storm and for those few moments it stops....and everything is calm....
7. The smell of rain.
8. The smell of books. (I think that if they ever make a perfume, it should be of "New Book." Wouldn't that be awesome! -I'd buy it!)
9. My family/friends.
10. Being a member of my church and, of course, everything that goes with it.
11. When people, by their actions or words, tell me that I am worth it.
12. Feeling loved.
Twelve Things I Hate:
1. I hate the word "hate." It drives me crazy! It's so strong and the whole meaning of the word is just horrid! So passionate! .....but anyway.....
2. When I rush and rush to get ready for work and I manage to leave just at the right second and then I dash through the doors of my work and then realize....I don't have to be here for another hour!
3. When people disobey traffic rules, say: going the wrong way on one-way round-abouts; when people pull out in front of you in the nick of time; when someone doesn't use their blinker...those sorts of things...
4. Not having enough money for whatever reason.
5. When I'm driving and I get halfway there, doesn't matter where, and I realize that I have less than a fourth of a tank of gas left.
6. Sleeping in. (-Don't ask.)
7. When my car DOESN'T start.
8. My English class. ...well, it's not THAT bad. I don't "hate" it but I don't "love" it either...
9. Being stressed for whatever reason.
10. Sitting through a three hour movie and having it not be worth it.
11. Disappointing people.
12. When I'm brushing my teeth and the bristles fall out and get lodged in my throat. Yuck!
Just so you know, there are a lot more than 12 things that I love, and a lot more than 12 things that I hate. Just keep that in mind. I'm not as dull as I seem. Oh and, by the way, this list is by now means in the proper order. Keep that in mind as well.
Anyhow, what sort of things would you add to this list? Did I leave anything out?

I too love the smells of rain & books... we can be the only 2 girls walking around smelling like a bookstore if they ever do make it a perfume! I love the sound of children laughing... and I hate cleaning the bathroom... those are my additions. Great post Julia! =)
Count me in on smelling like a book! I also like the smell of old books/ libraries, but not as much.
What do I hate? I hat not smelling like a new book, (:P) but I hate being really cold more.
Haha, Ahhhh books. I was thinking about the things that I like yesterday on my way to work and after hitting every single red light I decided that "I love Green lights!" They're wonderful! O, children laughing...that's good too. I also love getting good grades....bad ones are depressing.
Have you ever gotten a bad grade? I don't believe it!
-that's what I said....but when you're going to college and your professor is tough, good grades are near impossible to hold on to.
Awesome post!! Just one question, does your car regularly NOT start?? If it's having a hard time starting, we need to get it looked at. Plus, I love green lights too, and I HATE it when people don't use their blinkers. Oh, and I love the smell of rain too...books....we'll....that's a different story. (Not that they smell bad, but I wouldn't buy a perfume.)

....It acts up sometimes, but not usually. It's funny about the AC and radio and all that. Like the other day when I was heading home from work. I was freezing cold (It was pretty cool. I could see my breath!) and my fingers were frozen to the wheel and for some reason my AC just wouldn't turn on! Then finally as I was just about home everything kicked on! How annoying! But no, it's usually pretty good about starting. Don't worry.
