6 Quirky Facts About Me.

I was really in the blogging mood today, I don't' know why. But I had absolutely nothing to blog about! Now I do! -I got tagged! Okay, Kelli -Here it is: (And some of these may sound familiar because I've adapted them from my '100 Random Things About Myself'. It's so much easier that way.)

Quirky Fact #1:
When I'm walking with a group of people, it doesn't matter where, I always make myself the caboose. Even if it's just three of us. I don't do it on purpose, it's more of a subconscious thing. So, unless for some reason I'm leading the group, you'll always find me behind it.

Quirky Fact #2:
Whenever I dish my plate up for dinner -say that as it's being dished out my chicken is on my left and my mashed potatoes are on the right and the corn is closest to me and the roll is the farthest -I can't eat unless it's placed exactly as I dished it. Like, if the plate gets turned or rotated so that everything is in a different place, I can't eat it until I fix it.

Quirky Fact #3:
I can't wear shoes in the house (socks bother me too, now that I think of it). It drives me crazy! I didn't really notice it until I came home one day from my first job to pick something up and to do a few chores before heading off to my second job -I would be home for only a short time and it made sense to just keep my shoes on. I'd just have to put them back on anyway. But I couldn't stand it! I just HAD to kick them off ASAP, and I even tried to convince myself to continue wearing them. But no. Didn't work!

Quirky Fact #4:
This happens to me all the time, and I guess I should just get use to it, but I really do NOT like being called Julie. [Jew-leeeee]. Being called Juglia or Jewls or whatever, doesn't bother me. For some reason it's just Julie. I grind my teeth whenever it happens. And I still remember when my library teacher in kindergarten called me that. She did it for four years!!

Quirky Fact #5:
Whenever I sleep I have to have a blanket, and it has to be pulled up over my shoulders. I can only fall asleep on my back, with my legs together and my arms against my stomach. It's really weird, I can't fall asleep in any other position. Like last night I thought I could get away with sleeping on my side -my blanket was small and my body actually fit under it better when I curled up. Well, that was stupid. I must have lied there for over an hour just trying to fall asleep. But it's hopeless. I know it won't work, so why do I still do it? -I don't know.

Quirky Fact #6:
I think of numbers as having personalities. Two and Seven are my favorite. Not sure why. One is very timid. Nine is the boss. Eight is the bully. Four is shy. Six is passive. Five is the cool-guy. Three is the logical one. Two is awesome and Seven is just lucky. So every time I write down these numbers I think about them as people almost. I think my brain gave them personalities so that I didn't feel so alone when doing my math homework. I hate math but with personalities, not so much. Its almost like hanging out with old friends. ....Sorta.

I think now I'm suppose to tag, what, five people? (Maybe it's six, but I'll just pretend that I think it's five.) I tag Stephanie Dunn, Laura Willis, Seth Claybrook, Hannah Andelin, and Jordan Willis. Good luck guys! I look forward to reading about your quirks!

I have to sleep with a blanket too. But...when I eat. I constantly turn the plate. Mostly cause I'm lazy and I'd rather turn the plate than pull the food towards me with my fork.

That was cute, it reminds me of the movie "Win a Date With Tad Hamilton"
when the one who really loves her talks about her 6 smiles.
So I was really enjoying it until I read I got tagged. Six quirky things? I will have to think about that. Where am I supposed to post them?
